Please note: a card on file is required to book your appointment.

Cancel within 48 hours
50% of the service will be charged.
Full
No-show or cancel within 24 hours
The full service charge including add ons will be charged to your card on file.
No fee
Reschedule sooner or same day
You may reschedule to a day sooner than the scheduled appointment, or reschedule for a different time same day of the appointment if it is available.

If the card on file declines, you will be flagged from booking again until the fee is paid.

We always do our best to accommodate artist requests, however artists are subject to reassignment based on availability and scheduling needs. Rest assured, you are in great hands with any of our artists!
