Please Note: a card on file is required to book your appointment.

If you cancel within 48 hours, 50% of the service will be charged.

If you no-show your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time - the full service charge including add ons will be charged to your card on file.

You may reschedule to a day sooner than the scheduled appointment, or reschedule for a different time same day of the appointment if it is available without a fee.

If the card on file declines, you will be flagged from booking again until the fee is paid.

We always do our best to accomodate artist requests, however artists are subject to reassignment based on availability and scheduling needs. Rest assured, you are in great hands with any of our artists!
